Old rural property with big plot of land located in a quiet area within the limits of a village near lake 45 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The real estate consists of main building (house) with one floor, secondary building (annex), old barn, solid storage building and vast plot of land. The house has corridor and three rooms – living room and two bedrooms. The annex which is attached to the main building has spacious lobby and corridor which lead to the kitchen.
